Oven Roasted Potatoes



6 medium baking potatoes, peeled and diced into 1 ½” cubes

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon sea salt

2 garlic cloves, minced


Heat over to 375

Line a 13×9” baking dish with parchment paper.  Place potatoes into prepared dish.

In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients.

Pour mixture over potatoes and toss well

Bake about 60 minutes (occasional stirring) or until lightly browned and tender
