Popcicles

These easy-to-prepare healthy treats are wonderful for summer entertaining!

Fruity Ice Pop

2 Cups of 100% White Grape Juice
2 Kiwis Sliced
3/4 Cup of Blueberries
1 Cup of diced or thinly sliced Peaches
1 Cup of Strawberries, hulled and halved

Directions:

Arrange fruit in popsicle mold making sure fruit is very snug.
Pour enough juice into each mold to cover fruit.
Insert popsicle stick and freeze for about 6 hours

Juice Swirl Pop

8 ounces Pomegranate Juice
½ Stoneyfield Organic Vanilla Yogurt

Directions:

Fill about 2/3 of each mold with pomegranate juice.
Add enough yogurt to fill the molds to the top.  Using a thin bladed knife, swirl until pattern forms.
Insert popsicle stick and freeze for about 6 hours

Berry Pop

1 ½ Cup of Strawberries, hulled and halved
1 ½ Cup of Blueberries
2 teaspoons Honey
1 ¼ Cup Stoneyfield Organic Vanilla Yogurt

Directions:

In a food processor, puree strawberries with 1 tsp honey.  Store in small bowl.

Puree blueberries with 1 tsp honey.  Set aside.

Alternating each, pour the strawberries, blueberries, and yogurt into each popsicle mold making about 4-5 layers in each.  Using a thin bladed knife, mix together in up and down motion.

Insert popsicle stick and freeze for about 3 hours
